Go in and open the ES explorer page and go into apps and open Chrome app first and log in. Then go back into ES explorer and open the Contour app 4. Use the mouse click password first go back to log in page click user ID then hit enter.
I found this worked for me. Thank you Andrew! Logging into the Contour app was the most difficult part. Ann Marie, can you give detailed instructions on how you logged in? I also tried Amazon browser with no luck. Andy, did you try Chrome? Then went through the Contour steps, which was by far the most frustrating.
Definitely need a mouse or mouse app. And follow the other suggestions to fill in the password then go back and do the username. Nothing showed as I typed it, but it apparently does populate. I finally got the app to work on two Fire Stick 4Ks! Everything worked great until trying to navigate the sign on screen for Contour. I had to download the Mouse Toggle — you need version 1.
When you get to the Contour sign on page and double click the mouse toggle to get it working, you need to do things in the following order: 1 Select the password first. You need to pause for a bit for the mouse function to turn off and then type in your password. Pause for a bit until you can type in your username. You will then have to name your device.
